We Know Exactly Where the Money Leaks
We built SmileSuite to solve real front-desk problems inside a real dental practice, so we understand where missed calls, unfinished follow-up, and overlooked tasks cost practices patients and revenue.
SmileSuite started inside a dental practice—not in a boardroom.
We experienced the same front-desk challenges practices deal with every day: missed calls, leads that never get followed up, patients slipping through the cracks, and an overwhelmed team trying to keep up with everything at once.
So we built the support system we wished we had.
Industries We Serve
Never miss an opportunity again. SmileSuite provides professional virtual receptionist and call answering services that help small businesses capture every new inquiry, engage customers across calls, text, and email, and follow up consistently to convert more leads into customers.
From healthcare practices and professional services to home service companies and growing local businesses, SmileSuite plugs directly into your workflow—providing support where you need it and when you need it, ensuring every customer interaction is handled professionally, every lead is followed up, and every opportunity is actively moved forward.

I'm a dentist. SmileSuite started because I was seeing the same problem inside my own practice.
I had a good team. They worked hard, cared about our patients, and did everything they could to keep the front office moving.
But there were still important things that simply didn't get done. Calls came in while the team was helping patients. New patients reached out after hours. Leads that weren't ready to schedule on the first call needed follow-up. Recall lists grew. Opportunities slipped through the cracks.
Those missed opportunities were costing the practice patients and revenue — not because anyone was failing, but because there was more work than a busy front desk could realistically handle.
It's the space between what your in-office team can realistically get to and what needs to happen to make sure every patient, lead, and opportunity is handled.
So I partnered with dental consultants and industry professionals to build the support system I wanted in my own practice — U.S.-based agents paired with integrated technology to answer new patients around the clock, follow up with leads, support existing patients, and take repetitive work off the front desk.
Today, that system is SmileSuite. We help practices close the Front Desk Gap so their teams can focus on the patients in front of them without losing the patients trying to reach them.
SmileSuite supports businesses that rely on phone calls to connect with customers, schedule services, and capture new opportunities.
We built SmileSuite to solve real front-desk problems inside a real dental practice, so we understand where missed calls, unfinished follow-up, and overlooked tasks cost practices patients and revenue.

Schedule a Demo →SmileSuite was built inside a dental practice to solve the front-desk gaps that cause missed calls, unfinished follow-up, and lost patient opportunities. Here are some of the most common questions practices ask about our remote front desk support.
A dental call answering service helps a dental or orthodontic practice handle incoming patient calls when the in-office team cannot answer. SmileSuite goes beyond simply taking a message. Our U.S.-based remote team can support new patient inquiries, scheduling, follow-up, existing patient communication, and other front-desk workflows based on the needs of the practice.
A dental virtual receptionist works remotely to help manage patient communication and front-office tasks. Depending on the practice's workflow, that can include answering calls, responding to new patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, helping existing patients, and supporting repetitive tasks that would otherwise fall on the in-office front desk.
Traditional answering services often focus on answering the phone and taking a message. SmileSuite was designed to function as an extension of the dental front desk. We pair U.S.-based remote agents with integrated technology and practice-specific workflows so conversations can be handled, followed up, and moved toward the appropriate next step instead of simply being passed back to the office.
Yes. SmileSuite can help practices respond to new patient inquiries outside normal office hours as part of their configured coverage. That means a prospective patient who reaches out at night, during lunch, on a busy clinic day, or over the weekend does not have to rely solely on voicemail before getting help.
Yes. SmileSuite can work within a practice's established scheduling process to help qualified patients move from an inquiry to an appointment. The goal is to create a seamless experience for the patient while reducing the amount of scheduling work that has to be handled by the in-office team.
Yes. Lead follow-up is an important part of closing what we call the Front Desk Gap. Many prospective patients are interested but are not ready to schedule during their first conversation. SmileSuite can help practices consistently follow up so those opportunities are less likely to disappear into an unfinished call list or inbox.
No. SmileSuite is designed to support the front desk, not replace it. Your in-office team can stay focused on the patients physically in the practice while our remote team helps handle communication, follow-up, and other work that is difficult to get to during a busy clinical day.
SmileSuite was built from problems first identified inside a dental practice and has workflows designed around dental and dental specialty front-office needs. That dental background is a major reason our service is different from a generic virtual receptionist or outsourced call center.
Yes. Dental specialty practices can use SmileSuite for new patient call answering, consultation scheduling, lead follow-up, existing patient communication, and other front-desk support. These workflows are especially useful for practices that generate inquiries outside normal office hours or want more consistent follow-up with prospective patients.
SmileSuite started because its founder was seeing the same problem inside his own dental practice: a good front-office team was working hard, but calls, leads, follow-up, and repetitive tasks could still slip through the cracks. SmileSuite was built to close that Front Desk Gap by combining remote agents with integrated technology and dental-specific workflows.
